Below are our RV Park Rules and Regulations.
Since this is Privately Owned Land, it is required that all these terms are adhered to and signed off in agreement to ?by the person making the reservation.
Leave No Trace:?DO NOT cut down or damage any trees. Fines will be applied.
Using felled branches or sticks lying on the ground is permissible.
We reserve the right to substitute sites of equal hook-ups.
On occasion, we need to move a reservation to a different site for unavoidable reasons.
If we need to, we will choose a site with the same amenities and we'll let you know in advance.

Absolutely no vehicle washing.
No Fireworks or any type of explosives are to be discharged at any time. No firearms are allowed on property.
Notice ... Please understand that management is, under no circumstance, responsible for personal injury to any individual or for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism or any other causes beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or to evict, without prior notice, anyone who creates a disturbance or deliberately breaks any of our rules. No refund will be given.
Sites:
- Sewer hook-ups are required to be sealed. Please bring a sewer ring.
- Do not walk through other sites or between sites.
- Park on your reserved site or in the main parking area. Please do not park in an open site; Fees will apply. One Car per site.
- Dispose of all trash in the dumpster. Do not leave trash at the site or on the grounds. Fees will apply.
- No dumping of grey water or dishwater on the ground.
- Fees will be charged if sites are not left the way you found it. Inform us of any damage as soon as possible.
Payment is due in full at the time of making a reservation. ?Payments for Groups may be made by individuals.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made prior to 1 week of check in date will receive a full credit or refund less 20% per site.
- Cancellation made within 1 week of check in date will receive a full credit useable within one year.
- No Refunds for early departure, inclement weather, no shows, or removal from grounds.
Day Visitors and Overnight Guests:
- Day Visitors are allowed between 9 am - 9 pm
- $5 per person for a day visitor over the age of 7
- $10 per Overnight guests; 6 persons max per site
- Guests are the responsibility of the Registered camper and must follow all camping terms.
- Speed Limit is 5 MPH for any motorized vehicle.
- No firearms, weapons, or fireworks of any kind are allowed in the campground.

- Alcohol must be enjoyed responsibly and be kept at your site. No one under 21 is allowed to drink in PA.
- Drunkenness will not be tolerated.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for children at all times. Children under 15 ? years old should not be unattended.
Pets are Welcome - Provided the Following:
??We have a STRICT PET LEASH POLICY. Dogs must be leashed and in control by an adult at all times.
- Pick up after your pet anywhere in the park. Do Not leave waste bags anywhere in the campground or at your site. Fees will apply.
- Dogs should not cause a disturbance; barking should be under control.
- Pets should be non-aggressive around people and other animals.
- Have vaccination record on hand in case of incident.
- $15 per pet in any Cabin.
- No animal should be left unattended outside anywhere in the campground.
Campfires:
- No burning of garbage, pallets, green wood, or chemically treated wood.
- Campfires must be tended to at all times.
- All fires and wood being used must be kept within the fire rings.
- Extinguish fires before leaving your site. Do not move fire rings.
- Any trash, waste bags found in pits will incur clean-up charges.
- Do not Cut/Damage any trees for firewood.
Bicycles Allowed, No ATV's, Golf Carts - No Dirt Bikes Permitted
Hunting not permitted

The facilities Saegertown MHC also known as Chuck-A-Lou Camp ground are privately owned lands and available for the convenience of our registered guests for recreational use only. All persons using these facilities understand you are partaking in an outdoor activity and do so at their own risk and therefore are expected to follow all campground terms. By reserving a campsite, you agree to hold harmless Saegertown MHC also known as Chuck-A-Lou Camp ground, its management, and staff from any responsibility due to accidents, injuries, or loss of property by fire, theft, wind, floods, or any unforeseen act. Saegertown MHC also known as Chuck-A-Lou Camp ground reserves the right to interpret these terms as individual situations and needs arise. Please keep in mind that any failure to comply with these terms may incur fines or removal from the campground with no refunds. The person whose name the reservation is under is responsible to ensure everyone in their party is aware of and complies with these terms.

Saegertown MHC also known as Chuck-A-Lou Camp ground shall have the right to refuse or deny accommodations, facilities, or privileges of a campsite to any person(s) who is unwilling or unable to pay for the accommodations and services, disorderly, or deemed a danger to themselves or others while in the campground. As we are a recreational facility, Saegertown MHC also known as Chuck-A-Lou Camp ground has the right to refuse or deny accommodations to persons without a permanent address. Saegertown MHC also known as Chuck-A-Lou Camp ground shall not be liable in a civil action or for a fine or penalty based on the refusal or denial.
